Romanian Arab Investments House (RAIH) is the first initiative of its kind in Romania dedicated to bridging the gap between Muslim and conventional entrepreneurs. RAIH offers expert legal, investment, and business consultancy, grounded in deep knowledge of both Romanian and Middle Eastern business and legal environments. Leveraging extensive local experience and a powerful network, RAIH supports successful cross-regional transactions and projects.

As a pioneering initiative, RAIH is committed to promoting investment opportunities between Romania and the United Arab Emirates, while raising awareness of the unique business practices and cultural specificities of different Arab countries. By assisting Romanian entrepreneurs and brands in their internationalization and expansion efforts across the Middle East, RAIH positions itself as the trusted partner and strong networking platform for businesses seeking to invest or collaborate across these regions.

RAIH goes beyond business: RAIH celebrates Romanian and Muslim cultures while facilitating meaningful cultural exchanges that foster mutual understanding and stronger collaboration. By combining a shared business language, culturally aligned practices, and efficient deal-making, it connects entrepreneurs and unlocks new opportunities through its extensive network. Leveraging its legal, business, and cultural expertise, RAIH promotes cross-regional collaboration, knowledge exchange, and sustainable development, cultivating an environment where diverse perspectives thrive and long-term partnerships strengthen community ties between Romania and the UAE
Origins
The organization was initially established as a limited liability company by its current President, Ms. Casiana Dusa. Her vision was to utilize her extensive expertise in the Romanian-Middle Eastern business and legal landscape to highlight the significant potential inherent in both regions. This initiative was aimed at promoting business opportunities, fostering cultural connections, and facilitating interactions among individuals and enterprises across various sectors and industries.
At a later stage, the initiative was also supported by Dr. Cristian Dutescu, Managing Partner of Dutescu & Partners Law Firm, hence together with Ms. Casiana Dusa, launched a department dedicated to UAE Laws, thus Dutescu & Partners being the first Romanian Law Firm to cover this expertise.
Present
In parallel, the initial RAIH has evolved its mission towards a non-profit framework, laying the groundwork for the present association. Its objective is to serve as a hub for entrepreneurs interested in conducting business in Romania and the Middle East or in developing collaborative Muslim-Romanian projects through mutually agreeable mechanisms. Establishing a global business and cultural language between Muslim and conventional entrepreneurs is crucial, as it not only enhances the efficiency of international transactions and simplifies the deal-making process but also creates new and promising opportunities that might otherwise remain untapped.
